Not too long ago, toner wasn’t a product I was a fan of.ย I just didn’t see the point of it when there were products like serums, essences, and such.ย However, after falling in love with the Naturie skin conditioner, it really made me change my point of view and am now excited to try more toners.ย RNW approached me a couple of months back to ask if I wanted to try anything from the brand.ย If you haven’t heard of them, neither did I but that is because the brand launched mid 2019.ย Amy recommended me to try their toner and emulsion duo and I just gave her the wheel and trusted her judgment.ย Boy oh, boy did it work out!ย Let’s get into the review!!
RNW’s brand philosophy is pretty short, sweet, and to the point.ย They aren’t a trendy skincare brand but a brand that focuses on the quality of ingredients and keeps things minimalistic.ย This kind of reminds me of Cosrx.ย When I first tried Cosrx, I thought it was nothing special but failed to see that they were husband material who was dependable and stable.ย That is what RNW is to me now and I’m happy to have found two hubbie skincare brands to rely on.

How to use:
Apply an appropriate amount onto skin after cleansing and pat gently for better absorption.
Product packaging:
RNW’s packaging is very simple, sleek, and definitely has that clinical look without looking too boring.ย Their toner comes in the same packaging as the emulsion, which can get confusing but you can definitely tell which is which through their textures.
The plastic bottle comes with a nice pump which is easy to control.ย I usually use two to three pumps for my entire face and just one layer is hydrating enough to continue on with the rest of my routine.
Texture/ Finish + effects/ results:
The texture of this RNW toner is liquidy but isn’t straight water.ย There is a bit of body to it and is lighter than most hyaluronic acid toners/ essences I have tried.ย Usually, hyaluronic acid products have a slight stickiness to it, but this one absorbs into the skin rather quickly and doesn’t leave any residue.ย This is definitely a toner all skin types would enjoy, even oily skin types!ย Heck, I’d even say this toner is better then the Isntree hyaluronic acid toner everyone raves about.
This toner contains 5 types of hyaluronic acid which definitely makes my skin more hydrated without feeling heavy, perfect for the crazy heat wave right now.ย They also have something called their “celrederm” which the brand has patented.ย From the explanation I got, celrederm is a patented ingredient RNW created through their study of inflammatory reactions of the skin and the causes of aging.ย It is supposed to protect the skin from harmful stressors and environmental irritates, which in turn would strengthen the skin’s ability to keep it healthier throughout time.

Overall thoughts:
This is a solid toner that will stay in my vanity for years to come, well before it expires LOL.ย I love the 5 hyaluronic acids in it, I love that there is no fragrance and I love the fact that all skin types can definitely benefit from this toner.ย Although I like this toner, I definitely like it a lot more paired with their emulsion.ย Overall this is a solid product and RNW is definitely a brand you guys should not sleep on.ย They aren’t road shop prices but they aren’t over-the-top expensive either so definitely check them out!
