How to use:
Pour the powder cleanser onto your palms and drop a few drops of water into the mixture.ย Massage the mixture onto your face and rinse off afterward.
On their website, they mentioned that you can even leave the water and powder mixture on your face for 5-10 minutes as a bubble enzyme face mask.ย You can even rub it on the heels of your feet and elbows for extra exfoliation.ย Lastly, you can mix the powder with shampoo or body cleanser to make your hair and body feel softer.ย Unfortunately when this product came out, Cosrx’s global site wasn’t around and description translations for most of the online store was just “mix with water and viola!”.ย So, that is the only way I will be reviewing this :P.
Product packaging:
When we all first saw the release of this product last year, everyone was already like “oh!ย So cute… but this isn’t very eco-friendly.” Like Greta Thunberg is giving you the death stare from behind kind of ordeal.ย Getting stared down by a 16year-old isn’t exactly fun LOL.
Although I do understand that they are marketing this product as an on the go type of thing, I’d rather have a full-size bottle and if needed, have my own little bottles for on the go.ย Like 12 grams of product total for $19 is frinkin ridiculous, especially when brands like Tosowong has a powder enzyme cleanser 70 g for $9. I love me some Cosrx but damn….
Texture/ Finish & effects:
The texture of this powder is super fine and once you’ve mixed it with a bit of water, it melts quickly, becoming this slightly milky texture.ย Massaging into the skin, it really doesn’t feel like much other than a milky water that I’m rubbing onto my skin.ย After I’ve rinsed my skin though, my skin definitely feels slightly softer and doesn’t feel dry which I’m living for.

Overall thoughts:
It’s not that I hate this product, I actually think its a decent product that does a good job with not drying my skin.ย But with the wasteful packaging, the little amounts of product it offers retailing for $19, I’d rather get me my holy grail Cosrx low pH good morning gel cleanser for $18.ย If in the future they get rid of the tiny packaging, come out with a full-size bottle and have at least 50g of products, I cannot recommend this to you guys.ย Cosrx has also been releasing a ton of products lately, faster than the speed of light and one of my readers mentioned their prices are getting higher and higher.ย I’m praying they stick to their original business plan with being affordable or my little heart might break.ย Bottom line, this product is a pass for me.
