Axis-Y daily purifying treatment toner reviewAXIS-Y daily purifying treatment toner $25.00
“Clears out bacteria and pollution stuck deep in pores that cause persistent inflammation and acne. Nutrients from our natural ingredients then soothe skin and promote healing. Our Daily Purifying Treatment Toner contains 0.5% salicylic acid which can break through layers of sebum and dead skin to treat the skin from deep within for a clearer and healthier complexion.”

This timer is definitely geared towards oily and acne-prone skin types, targeting oily, acne, and uneven skin textures.  My dry skin didn’t agree with this toner since it didn’t have much hydration and the salicylic acid kind of dried it out a little bit more.  Sadly, I had to stop using this and pass it onto a friend.

Axis-y daily purifying treatment toner reviewIt is super lightweight, absorbs into the skin like nothing, and really didn’t do much for my skin.  I did pass the full size to one of my good friends a while back and she really enjoyed it.

Axis-Y sunday morning refreshing cleansing foam reviewAXIS-Y Sunday morning refreshing cleansing foam $12.00 usd
“Our cleansing foam is set at pH 5.5 to cleanse the skin of dirt, excess oils, and other impurities deep in the pores without stripping the skin. With its special patent skincare technology, Aquaxyl, this cleansing foam keeps the skin moisturized and balanced. Our enhanced formula features the addition of even more moisturizing agents to guarantee a clean, yet fully moisturized feeling. We added double the amount of birch sap, as well as perilla leaf extract, rice bran, and heartleaf to leave your skin supple and dewy.”

AXIS-Y has two cleansers and luckily for me, they included the newer cleanser in this set.  This Sunday morning refreshing cleansing foam is much more hydrating than their quinoa one-step balanced gel cleanser and is geared towards any skin type with a hydrating feel after you’ve cleansed your face.

This cleanser contains a lot of amazing ingredients such as birch sap (my personal favorite) which helps strengthen the skin barrier, balance sebum levels and moisturize the skin.  There is also green tea, allantoin, chamomile, licorice, calendula, Centella Asiatica, and aquaxyl to help with various concerns such as stimulating skin regeneration, removing impurities, soothing and healing the skin.

Axis-y sunday morning refreshing cleansing foam reviewSqueezing the cleanser out, the texture is creamy looking with a bit of a sheen.  Once it is massaged with water, the cleanser turns into a light silky texture that massages into the skin effortlessly and keeps the skin feeling softened afterward.  I didn’t feel my skin stripped and there was even a healthy glow!

Axis-Y dark spot correcting glow serum reviewAXIS-Y dark spot correcting glow serum $22.00
“A 5% Niacinamide-based serum that corrects dark spots and improves uneven skin tone. With the help of plant-derived Squalane, this serum retains moisture to keep your skin glowing and healthy wherever you go.”

This is one of my favorite products from AXIS-Y.  I have some dark spots on my cheeks that are revealing themselves and I’m trying to unreveal them.  Vitamin C is usually everyone’s go-to but sadly, my skin is quite sensitive to vitamin C products and usually stings the heck out of my skin.  This niacinamide serum does everything under the sun while still being super hydrating and slowly faded my dark spots.

Axis-Y dark spot correcting glow serum reviewOn top of being multi-functional, it is super hydrating and just layers so well with all the other steps afterward.  If you want to check out my full review on this serum, click here!  10/10 would recommend.

Axis-Y cera-heart my type duo cream reviewAXIS-Y my heartleaf moisturizing cream $27.00 usd
“A “U Zone” and “T Zone” cream that tends to your skin’s year-round, ever-changing moisturizing needs for a youthful, nourished glow.
*Suggested application: Use the blue gel-type cream for your T Zone and the white thicker cream on your U Zone”

This is another go-to for me from AXIS-Y.  When I first got the duo cream, I was a bit skeptical since the first three products I tried from the brand were geared more towards oily skin types and did nothing for my dry skin.  Usually, gel moisturizers don’t do much for my skin, but the duo cream was dreamy.  There are two textures with the duo cream and the version you are getting in this set is the blueish looking gel.  It doesn’t look blue in the tube, but I’m pretty sure it is the blue side since it is lighter and more translucent.

Axis-Y cera-heart my type duo cream reviewIt contains two of my favorite ingredients, heartleaf (super calming and soothing) and ceramides which help lock in moisture and defend against environmental stressors.

Axis-Y cera-heart my type duo cream reviewMassaging it into the skin and having it absorbed, your skin is left feeling very calmed and soothed while having an amazing layer of hydration.  It is just a must in every collection.  Here is my full review if you want to read it!

Axis-Y complete no-stress physical sunscreen reviewAXIS-Y complete no-stress physical sunscreen $23.00 usd
“A Mugwort-based sunscreen featuring 2% Niacinamide and Squalane that protects skin from UVA and UVB damage while providing the healing properties of skin-loving ingredients for an everyday, no-stress life.

SPF 50+ PA ++++ | ISO Internationally certified
*Contains no artificial fragrance; allergen-free”

From what I heard about this sunscreen, there was some sort of supply shortage and wasn’t being able to be sold for six months.  Luckily for those who did like this sunscreen, it is finally back in stock!  I know quite a few of my skinfluener friends who love this sunscreen and it is definitely built for those with normal to oily skin types.

Axis-Y complete no-stress physical sunscreen reviewIt is a physical sunscreen with little to minimal white case and has a matte finish.  I personally can’t use this sunscreen due to its matte finish and how it kind of sucks out any moisture in my skin.  If only they had a hydrating version of sunscreen!!  I have high hopes since they recently released a hydrating line specifically for dry skin keke.

Axis-Y artichoke intensive skin barrier ampoule reviewAXIS-Y artichoke intensive skin barrier ampoule $25.00 usd
“An artichoke ampoule that delivers rich antioxidants, nutrients, and hydration to heal damaged, irritated skin barriers. Phytonutrients defend against bacteria and pollutants to prevent future breakouts and irritation.”

Axis-Y artichoke intensive skin barrier ampoule reviewThis ampoule is on the lighter side that offers a refreshing finish to the skin.  I personally didn’t find much difference with or without this ampoule, but my friend who has more of a normal to acne-prone skin typed absolutely loved this.  She said she found her blemishes were kept in check and were reduced to a minimum while not feeling super heavy on the skin.

Axis-Y mugwort pore clarifying wash off pack reviewAXIS-Y mugwort pore clarifying wash off pack $22.00 usd
“With a base of 61% Mugwort extract, this wash-off pack clears the pores of impurities, soothes inflamed and irritated skin, and gently exfoliates dead skin to reveal a bright and healthy complexion.”

I have to say, AXIS-Y kills it when it comes to the mugwort department.  Both their mugwort wash-off masks and their sheet masks are one of my top favorites and go to when I need a product to help soothe my skin.

Axis-Y mugwort pore clarifying wash off pack reviewThis was their first wash-off mugwort mask and I thought it was amazing, but wished it wasn’t clay-based since it usually sucks out the moisture in my dry skin.  Well, they fixed that too by coming out with a gel mugwort wash-off mask haha.  Anyways, the deluxe mugwort pore clarifying wash-off mask will give you two to three uses.

Axis-Y mugwort pore clarifying wash off pack reviewWith most wash-off masks, they are a bit harder to wash off, so be patient.  The one thing I wish they would improve on is the size of those red bean bits since they just get stuck on my face and is really hard to wash off. I did find it to really soften my skin, soothe and calm my troubled areas too!  You seriously can’t go wrong with any of AXIS-Y’s mugwort products.
