Sorry for being away for so long. ย Things just keep happening in my life and I’m trying to keep my sanity haha. ย And oh.. yea my camera broke :'(. ย Luckily I have another one so I can continue on keke. ย I wonder if you guys can even tell the difference. ย But, nonetheless… let’s get started with this review. ย So Kultfinds, a company my friend is actually working at, asked if I wanted to try a couple of sheet masks. ย I usually don’t really care for sheet masks, but they carry a lot of very interesting and hard to find sheet masks on their website. ย I was definitely interested, so I gave the thumbs up. ย Unfortunately, back in March, Canada post was all kinds of messed up and my package was lost for a good two and a half months.ย Anyways, I gave these a good try so I’m ready for my review :D. ย Let’s go!

How to use:
Take step 1, which is the vitamin C powder and rub it on your skin after you have cleansed and toned your face. ย After that, arrange the sheet mask onto your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. ย Once time is up, massage the essence into your face and continue on with the rest of your skincare routine.
Product packaging:
One of the reasons why I chose to try this mask is the fact that it is a two step mask where step 1 is powder vitamin C ampoule. ย It is very odd and unique to see powder vitamin C in a mask system. ย Now if you don’t know, vitamin C powder is something that is very popular for those who’d like to brighten up their complexion, firms up your skin, and smoothes out the skin as well just to name a few. Vitamin C derivatives itself is unstable and can be easily destroyed by light, heat and moisture. ย Hence why vitamin C powder is ideal if you do want to use it in your skincare routine.
ย So you take the little white plastic bottle on the top right, crack it open and take the powder and rub it into your skin. ย After, you’ll take the mask in step 2 and place it on your face like normal. ย Wait for 15-20 minutes and voila!
Okay, let’s do a walk through review since sheet masks don’t really require that much explanation. ย It either works or it doesn’t. ย I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, so my skin is suffering from hormone imbalance along with not enough sleep. ย You can see on the left side, I have two little spots and my cheeks have irritation underneath the skin. ย That is the worse for me since it isn’t something I can just extract and call it a day. ย That’s where my Makeon light therapy comes in hehe.
Okay, like I said up above, take the little bottle and crack the top open. ย Don’t worry about having to use scissors, there is already indentations where opening it will be easy peasy.
Out comes fine white cocaine looking powder. ย Rub that in! This is a really messy job and I kind of just gave up half way and throw it on my face pretty much.
Texture/ Finish:
The texture of the vitamin C powder ampoule is really odd. ย I thought it would just be some dry powder but when the powder comes in contact with the skin, it gets kind of moist and melts into the skin with a couple of rubs. ย If you look closely on my left eyebrow, you can kind of see the powder melting into the skin and turing into liquid. ย It’s quite odd! ย The sheet mask itself has this milky essence that absorbs into the skin easily but it does take a while for it to fully settle in. ย I wouldย definitely do this sheet mask before I go to bed since if you were to do it before make up, it could alter the finish of your make up and have it slip and slide.
Fit (sheet mask):
The sheet mask itself is really soft, has all the cuts I look for and actually covers my forehead, my five finger forehead. ย The nose bridge cut is there (the one in between my eyes), the sides of my face fits nice and snug and the sheet mask doesn’t fall off my face.
That pose though… ย I usually apply my sheet masks by tilting my head back a little and letting the mask sit on my face while I adjust it. ย But then again, that’s common sense no?ย Fit is nice, doesn’t slip off my face even when I’m walking around. ย Nothing is too long, nothing is too short, this is just perfect.
15 minutes later, the mask is still quite moist. ย I could have definitely went for a longer period of time, but I had to go to bed to sleep for school the next day, so 15 minutes is enough. ย So to not waste the rest of the essence, I took the mask and rubbed it all over my body hehe.
You can see that a lot of the essence has been soaked into my skin but the mask does still have a lot of essence.
After about two minutes of me patting in the essence, my skin immediately looks more hydrated, slightly more plump and slightly brightened if I do say so myself. ย
The essence does take a while for it to fully soak into the skin, so if you are picky about your skin feeling “sticky”, I’d do this mask the night before and wake up with nice glowy skin.
Fragrance?:
Okay, to be honest, I can’t remember if there is fragrance in the mask. ย I know the powder didn’t have any scent, but the sheet mask itself I don’t think there was any fragrance to it? ย There might have been a slight floral fragrance to it but it wasn’t anything strong. ย Sorry… ๐ bubble brain.
Pro:
-super hydrating
-gives the skin a moisture boost
-brightens up the skin!
Con:
-powder can be messy to apply

Overall thoughts:
I’m honestly not that excited about trying new sheet masks, so it takes a lot for me to want to try them. ย This two step sheet mask system definitely grabbed my attention with the powder vitamin C that is like a powder to liquid type product. ย The sheet mask itself in terms of fit, texture, essence, everything I really liked. ย It was super hydrating for my face and the moisture lasted about a day and a half. ย My skin felt great and I think if I were to constantly use this on a weekly basis, my skin would be seriously a life like filter all the time. ย Overall I’m really pleased with this mask and highly recommend it. ย It is almost a holy grail product, but I haven’t used it for a long enough time for me to be indefinite in that decision, so I’ll leave it as a four star for now. ย ๐

OMG the packaging is soooo cute!
It is ๐
I have lived in Taiwan for over 10 years and I just found this mask in the cosmetics shop. The package is totally in Korean and your product review was very helpful and understanding how to use the product and how to apply it properly and what to expect. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on whether I like it or not. I just wanted to say thank you. And while I’m at it I might add I think that you are a natural beauty and a very pretty girl.
No problem and thank you for stopping by! I’m awkwardly smiling on the other side of the computer screen haha. Can’t take complements well HEHE
I found this mask at Poya, local sundries store, but I couldn’t understand the Korean packaging. Your review, especially product description and instructions,
was incredibly helpful.
‘Entia’ is a specific product line from the Korean company (in business for 29 years). The product’s English page doesn’t include this mask http://www.coreana.com/eng/product/product.asp?CateID=2119#
Though, the Korean page does.
I’m a babyfaced middle age person, lucky to have clear skin, and I found this mask incredibly revitalizing. And, my results matched yours. I will buy it again.
The nutrient content in the liquid was a big selling point, but the vitamin C was the deal clincher.
Vitamin C, when as applied to the skin is a proven precursor to dermal collagen production, so I would expect weekly use of this product would help long-term as well.
This sheet mask is definitely a keeper. I’m glad it is working well for you!
